If you have a complex work history or you just prefer to provide us with all the essential information in a consultation, you are more than welcome to book in for a consultation!
Available in person or over the telephone, depending upon your situation. Drop us a line to book a consultation via the contact us page. We conduct all consultations in our locations in Darwin and Goulburn (NSW). Telephone and Video consults utilising Skype, FaceTime or Messenger or even Zoom are available as well. These options have proven extremely effective during the current Covid pandemic.
Interview Preparation Consultation

Turnaround Times
Included with all of our packages is a standard turnaround of 5-8 working days Monday to Friday, from receipt of the total payment and all of the information we require to write your resume, cover letter and/or selection criteria. Alternatively, you can choose from our priority turnaround options, which are as follows:
Payment Terms
To get started, in addition to the information we require from you to write your resume, cover letter and/or selection criteria, we require actioning of the full payment upfront. Payments are made in person or via direct bank deposit - just pay directly into the account detailed on your invoice.
Information We Require From You to Get Started
In summary, we require details of your work history going back 5-7 years. We provide a list in our welcome email, which we will send to you after you order, with your invoice attached. This email outlines the process for having your new resume, cover letter and/or selection criteria created. Often this information is contained in your existing resume, however simply forward to us the information in our easy-to-understand checklist, in order for us to obtain the vital information we need, to make you shine!
