Frequently Asked Questions

Agent Resume is based in Darwin with our office located in Parap.  We work with clients all over the world.

When you order, you will receive a welcome email which includes a checklist of all the information we require to put together your resume and cover letter.

Agent Resume's standard turnaround time is 5-8 business days, however you can elect to upgrade to Priority 2-3 business day turnaround ($44), Next Business Day turnaround ($66) or Same Business Day turnaround ($88).

As part of your package, during the draft review phase, you can request as many changes until you are happy!

Simply call us on 0409 860 823, text that number or email angela@agentresume.com.au.  You can also click the "Book Now!" button for the product/service you wish to order.  We will then call and/or email you to confirm your order.

From there, we will send you a Welcome Email, which includes a checklist of all the information we require.  The invoice is also attached to the Welcome Email.

To start, we require payment to be actioned, with the receipt reflecting payment to be forwarded to us.  Once payment has been actioned and the requested information received, we can get started!

The payment options are direct deposit and PayID.  We recommend PayID for Commonwealth Bank customers, as the Commonwealth do not release funds to the payee for a minimum of 24 hours.
